The brief
Riju edits video and takes photographs in Port Blair, making reels and films for brands, travel and music. The portfolio had to feel like the work itself, cinematic and in motion, and turn people who watch into people who get in touch.
The approach
The site speaks the language of an editing suite. A loader counts rendered frames, a timecode runs in the corner, reels are numbered like clips on a timeline, and every project carries its genre. The interface stays quiet so the footage does the talking.
What I built
- A full-screen showreel with a running timecode and frame counter
- A wall of eighteen selected films, each labelled by genre
- An about section with the camera, gear and software behind the work
- A project form that asks for the service up front, with WhatsApp and email one tap away
