My hours are 09:00–18:00 Berlin time, Monday to Friday. Calls are booked in your own time zone.

How do payments work across borders?

Quotes are in US dollars unless we agree otherwise. The quote lists how and when to pay.

Do you work alone?

Yes. You talk to the person who designs and builds your site, from the first call to launch and after.

How long does a website take?

A one-page site usually takes one to two weeks, a full company site three to four, an online shop five to seven. Your quote has exact dates.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes. Business sites come with simple editing for text and images. Bigger changes are covered by the care plan or quoted separately.

Who owns the website?

You do. The domain, hosting and code are set up in your name.
